Dennistoun Craft Fair

Hello there

Tomorrow I’m back at the Dennistoun Craft Fair and am (almost) organised. This will be my 4th time there and I really enjoy it.

Tucked away in the East End of Glasgow this is a great craft fair, especially for newbie sellers like me. In the church hall on Armadale Street there are normally around 20-25 crafters on two floors and you can buy almost everything. Certainly the last couple of times I’ve been beside a wonderful seamstress who makes soft furnishings and scarves and on the other side of me is a fab photographer who sells beautiful cards and pictures…and these are just two of the stalls!

As we’re gearing up for summer I’ve got some lovely hair slides, brooches and cuffs to sell. They go from the prettiest pinks to electric blues. I’m experimenting with some tote bags but as there are only a few if you get one they’ll be a limited edition!

I’ll leave you with a link to Dennistoun Community Together which hosts the craft fair & also has links to a map and directions.

If you come along please say hello. You’ll find that all the stallholders are friendly and like to spend time chatting. Now where is that tablecloth…
